I think if someone had a simple restaurant with no modifiers that it would be great, but restaurants do not really work that way. Cons - Took Away Functions like Instant Syncing - Kept Blaming Clover POS For Mapping Issues - Made Us Lose Over $10k In Sales In 1 Month - Said No Other Integration Companies Would Be Able To Map When In Reality, They Are Incompetent - Mapping Technology Department Gives You The RunAround And Doesn't Fix Issues Constant issues, customer service team is not helpful and lacks knowledge.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros When it's up and running it works great, if you get it working don't ever make a change. Beware!!!!! Cons Zero customer support. Impossible to get in touch with them, zero communication. Have a chat line that sits there unanswered, leave voicemails no return calls and emails that get responded to weeks later all while your system is offline or crashing. Dealing with them has been one of the most frustrating parts of my day, Have 21 more locations opening in 30-45 days that we are looking for another company to deal with.
