Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The INTCH app will never help you find additional work! None of the promises are kept. You will be forced to fill out endless forms and post endless descriptions of your skills and abilities, yet your profile rating still won’t be good enough for anyone to offer you a job. Overall the app is a scam, because there’s no way to cancel the subscription afterwards. You will be charged €35 every month without warning. From what I understand from my bank, the only option is to block or cancel the payment card so their non‑cancelable subscription disappears. They won’t refund the money, because they rely on their internal rules (so to speak, “deal with it”). Please do not install or use this app — it’s a pure scam! Nothing. It looked like there were so many possibilities..... but no. It was nothing like what was portrayed in the advertising. Cons The INTCH app will never help you find additional work! Don’t touch these guys unless you have 100% researched what you are getting into. I saw one of their ads on Facebooks taking about how you could use their platform to look for lots of part time gigs and “side hustles” including work from home opportunities and more (I have screenshots of all their ads if anyone wants to challenge me on that assertion). Normally I am quite reserved and do quite a bit of research before signing up for something like this, but their advertising seemed pretty straightforward – use the platform to look for gigs and side hustles – perfect for what I was looking for. So, I signed up. Got immediate access after a bit of an issue with their technology not working, but within 15 minutes I was in and had a look around, filled out the details they asked for and then set about seeing what gigs and side hustles were out there. Well, it took me 10 minutes to realise that the reality of the site/platform was NOTHING like what was portrayed in their advertising. It’s just a very poorly executed version of LinkedIn where you can make connections and hopefully pick up work that way. My bad for not reading the reviews before jumping in – so buyer beware. I paid $49.99 for 12 months access and with 30 minutes of signing up and realising it was nothing like it had been portrayed I wrote to them and asked for a refund. I was very politely told that under their User Agreement there were no refunds. I replied to them and said I fully acknowledged their user agreement, that was not the problem… what I was concerned about was that their advertising was misleading and I had signed up under false pretences. Their reply to this was that while they acknowledged their advertising may have lead to the wrong impression about what their site did, there would still be no refund. So, here I am, $50 out of pocket (not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things) but with a sour taste in my mouth and backing many of the other reviews that I have read that speak of a company that is more interested in grabbing your money than keeping you happy (I could have walked away from this going “well, the platform was not what was portrayed but they refunded my money so I’m walking away happy – while it wasn’t for me, it may work for other people”. Instead, I walk away disgruntled and adding to the chorus of complaints being expressed online.		Pros from Real Users Pros Workable makes it easier to integrate and connect with our website; It helps us filter the candidates more appealing to each job opening; Adding teams to work together is the main feature for us; Awesome way to create forms; Very intuitive. Managers, even with limited tech backgrounds, could easily navigate the system with little help. I also love the flexibility - it allows users to customize information at every stage and ensures information is always accurate. Love it. Customer Service team is incredible. Very quick in response and always provided thorough information. Seamless candidate pipeline management. The tool is very easy to use, and I love how I can loop in colleagues that are involved in the interview process. I like "Workable" because it is user= friendly. It gives just enough information that you need to decide step 1: Does the person meet the qualifications for the position?? Next, I appreciated seeing a cover letter and a CV. Lastly, it kept updating our college with other candidates who applied. Workable is a best hiring platform. Automated tools helps in hiring best candidate for our company. Streamline the process.
