Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Instinct feels much closer to an actual personal assistant than a normal chatbot. I can text it like I would a person, hand it something that needs to get done, and let it handle the messy follow-up work. The ability to call businesses is especially useful. Things like restaurant reservations, appointment waitlists, service issues, and other tasks that still require a phone call are exactly the kind of work I want an AI assistant taking off my plate. I also really like that Instinct has its own email address. Letting the agent handle confirmations, account signups, and communication without flooding my personal inbox makes the whole experience feel more autonomous. Cons The biggest concern is privacy. Instinct needs access to a lot of personal context to be this useful, and early testers have raised questions about its permissions, security model, and terms. It is also still early and access remains limited, so I would not hand it complete control over anything sensitive without keeping a close eye on what it is doing.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I can give it a goal like creating a month of marketing content, reviewing cash flow, following up with customers, or helping manage inventory, and it can keep working instead of just giving me instructions. The integrations are a huge part of the value. Connecting QuickBooks, Shopify, Slack, Stripe, Canva, Notion, Zoom, and my Meta business accounts means Muse can work with the systems the business is already running on instead of making me move everything into another platform. Cons The main downside is that I would still keep a close eye on anything involving money, customer communication, or important business decisions. An agent this connected can save a lot of time, but mistakes can also have a bigger impact.
