ScheduleLens turns a construction programme into a forensic-quality analysis report without the desktop software, the training, or the consultancy wait. Upload a Primavera P6 (.xer / .xml), Microsoft Project (.mpp / .xml), or Asta Powerproject (.pp) file and ScheduleLens runs a DCMA 14-Point health check, critical-path and float analysis, logic and constraint audits, and — for two schedules — forensic delay analysis, then writes an AI executive narrative. Reports download as PDF with an Excel appendix. Files are deleted immediately after processing and are never used to train AI models. Built by an owner-side project director; priced per report from $29, or monthly plans from $79.
