	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The experience started off really bad and just kept finding ways to get worse. Initially they consistently mislead us as the the actually features and benefits. Presenting as this stand alone, user friendly, almost self configuring service that would easily integrate the many devices that we have amongst our three clinics. In truth is arrives without a single thing configured, everything. Cons Over a standard office staff ability, Requires you to learn/know LAN architecture and protocols. they never got it to work, and when pressed claimed it was the clients fault they were waiting on. me to do all my setup/configuration. So I configured everything per their own support/setup guides. FAIL.
