	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros At first the program seemed promising. I was told how they would customize it to what ever I needed. So I said "sounds good let's give it a try". Wrong! Cons Poor training, bad customer service, disorganized system, no document writer to do direct template letters to patients, no direct email out of the system.
