Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The software suite has good billing module, sending digital receipts to customers, the reports and analytics in the backend apps is wonderful. Inventory management can be done easily too. Very nice billing software feature, good support by intuition team, easily send bills through sms or email, backend apps are available in mobile and Webapp with realtime analytics and multi store support. The software has features like sending digital receipts and send promotional messages through sms or email. The customer credit management and sales history is there to access them. The software is easy for billing with a beautiful interface. Digital receipts can be send to customers even promotions as well. The billing interface is very simple to use, it has both android and web backend apps for analytics and business management. Digital receipts can be send to Customer. Stock indent is easier to do. Cons The WhatsApp integration is not there in the software. Petty cash management is not available too. Composite item management not yet available in back office and initial printer connection issues during purchase. The online store feature is not available yet in this. Not all features are available in backoffice which are present in pos app. We cannot update image from backoffice only after sign out and sign in its loading it's not loading immediately.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros They will offer a good quote, they will promise the hardware is yours, they will promise 14 trial period, they will say there is no cancellation fees and no exit fee, but be aware. They will ignore all of it, you will pay a lot more extra hidden fees, and they will even roll you over to a new contract ignoring your written request to cancel. Do not get scammed by some cowboy company. The support is bad, and is run from home from somewhere in India, they will only pass you around and put you on hold. I would give 0 stars if I could. Don't take them for granted if you have been tricked, do like us, take them to court, trading standards and Ombudsman. There is nothing good to say about this company or their software. I wish I had done some research on them before getting involved in them and I'm only writing this to warn and hopefully prevent others from ending up in the mess we have. It is painfully unresponsive and the company themselves are scammers who will trick you into paying never ending charges despite assurances that they would not. Don't take my word for it check them out on Reddit and Trustpilot too.
