	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very easy to use once you're trained to work on it. We switched to this new system and so far no glitches or crashes since I started using it. Filing my policies electronically is a plus. No more shelves of endless paper files. Great time saver. This system has streamlined our management processes. It's easy to navigate and their customer service has been ideal! Easy to work with. Excellent Customer Service at Jenesis. Always willing to help and train if necessary. Highly would recommend. Jenesis software is easy to use for our insurance agency. All your information you need is in one place and easy to access. Cons Had some trouble looking up features for clients who we previously worked with. Sometimes there are glitches and updates don't appear. Sometimes the policies that download show up as a different type of policy. But it's easy enough to switch them. Would like to learn more about printing receipts from the customers file. That part is a little confusing. Wish downloading from other insurance companies was included and not required to be paid for. I have not found anything I don't like about Jenesis.
