Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros IBM Cloud is designed to give value to all cloud space, and accurate communications is done with users. IBM Cloud has the accessibility safety, which is a friendly aspect in enhancing satisfaction. Finally, IBM Cloud has the right engagement plans. IBM Cloud makes storage one of the efficient ways in holding sensitive details. Besides, IBM Cloud makes access more digital, effective, and notable. I personally used this product for a long time and I like IBM's Cloud Object Storage class option. IBM provides four types of storage options as Active (Standard), Smart Tier, Cool (Vault), Cold Vault. In our company, every IT team member owns an IBM cloud account and uses different services based on their job. As a cybersec team member, I monitor the system and store log data on IBM's active tier. More importantly, the company has backups on IBM's Cold Vault service. I tested it, and I can say it is secure and robust for our company. The migration process was easy and fast, thanks to IBM's support desk. They did a real good job. During my security tests, IBM's service was the best amongst cloud services. Compliance check performance was the best. This tool is affordable. The tool is easy to integrate. The tool is easy to customize. The tool is secure and comes with ample cloud storage. Implementing and customizing the tool is straightforward Since it is cloud based, it is secure and easy to access There are a plethora of features and integration, customization and management is easy. Cons IBM Cloud has the pricing challenges, which calls for extra involvement in matters discussions. Eventually, not all users who finds the tool cost manageable. IBM Cloud is the gift that businesses have, more so in controlling space, which may be more limited through some applications. It takes a bit of time to get used with its indexing and querying feature. With IBM Cloud, I have had no issues. The software works perfectly well. The tool works well but does not come cheap which is unaffordable for many enterprises.
