We're grateful for Hosting.com tech support. It's timely, addresses the issues squarely (no deflecting or superficial answers, or misunderstanding of the issues). This is hugely important to us, and it's always a big relief to have issues resolved expeditiously, and not have to spend endless time on them. Fantastic service. Fast response time. Easy to understand instructions to resolve any problems. Little to no down times. Competitive pricing, great server options, terrific and fast support, uptime is phenomenal. Comes complete with all Cpanel tools. Hosting.com support regularly solves any glitches quickly and easily (once I find that something has gone ka-flooey). It usually ends up being a simple setting, app update or other thing I've overlooked in website maintenance. Cons They could have better ongoing prices after the initial promotional price. I hope they won't let me leave after the initial promotional period. There are other competitive promotional options out there. Haven't encountered any issues that weren't resolved reasonably and promptly. NO cons that I have experienced. I have used this platform for several years and have not had any major issues. No cons, no notes, nothing but thumbs up (if you're reading this far) because they are on the case nights and weekends, holidays and wherever websites are in distress.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I used the dedicated hosting services offered by Solar Communications, and they worked out alright. When I encountered technical problems in the past, their 24/7 customer service was helpful, although occasionally took a bit to react. Overall, Solar Communications is a respectable web host that offers excellent customer support. Satisfied with the service, the speed of customer service.Totally confident in Solar data security. Cons The price of the treatment seemed a bit excessive, but I applied a discount coupon in time! A bit expensive, but that makes sense according to service quality.
