We're grateful for Hosting.com tech support. It's timely, addresses the issues squarely (no deflecting or superficial answers, or misunderstanding of the issues). This is hugely important to us, and it's always a big relief to have issues resolved expeditiously, and not have to spend endless time on them. Fantastic service. Fast response time. Easy to understand instructions to resolve any problems. Little to no down times. Competitive pricing, great server options, terrific and fast support, uptime is phenomenal. Comes complete with all Cpanel tools. Hosting.com support regularly solves any glitches quickly and easily (once I find that something has gone ka-flooey). It usually ends up being a simple setting, app update or other thing I've overlooked in website maintenance. Cons They could have better ongoing prices after the initial promotional price. I hope they won't let me leave after the initial promotional period. There are other competitive promotional options out there. Haven't encountered any issues that weren't resolved reasonably and promptly. NO cons that I have experienced. I have used this platform for several years and have not had any major issues. No cons, no notes, nothing but thumbs up (if you're reading this far) because they are on the case nights and weekends, holidays and wherever websites are in distress. Cons - haven't found any yet - If any issues arise during the work, I will let you know. I found practically no downsides; there’s not even anything to nitpick. No major issues so far — everything works smoothly. I have not found any significant flaws in service. While ProHoster offers solid uptime and excellent value, there are a few drawbacks. I found the control panel interface felt slightly outdated, making navigation less intuitive than competitors. Also, the initial setup process could be quicker. While the support team is responsive, the documentation (knowledge base) is limited, so solving minor issues often requires direct contact rather than self-service. These are minor frustrations, but improvements in the user experience would make the service truly exceptional
