Pros from Real Users Pros Very happy with Hostaway and all it does - particularly for making our internal processes a lot easier. Hostaway is a powerful, thoughtful, and user-friendly PMS and I'm so glad I chose them. The onboarding process made me feel like they really cared about my learning the software thoroughly and held my hand through the trickier parts like integration with VRBO. It was a great experience being trained by Shabeeb and his counterparts. All of my trainers were brilliant, patient, kind, and affective teachers. Since "graduating" I have had great luck with the live chat support as well. I feel like Hostaway is an international family that has one common goal: making sure our guests have the best experience possible. I love the automated email system that lets me provide detailed information for my guests at each step of the booking, planning, checkin, and checkout process. I feel confident that my calendars are properly synched and up-to-date. We needed a platform that would scale with our anticipated growth. It needed to be affordable from day one, but not be deficient in the professional property management features our clients were expecting. Hostaway has delivered features and capabilities which exceed our expectations. The new inbox feature is great along with excellent integration with Airbnb. Great customer service is a plus. Always happy with the service! Ease of service, clear communication, system is set up to do endless things to make property managing streamline with all the technology needed to take out hours of messaging. Platform is really the best I've seen and I've view several demos. Great trainer & facilitator who help you to understand the software, setting me up to win & not struggle. Love the follow up with trainer. He really show care and that he want me to succeed using the software to my benefit. Ease of use. Lots of Support - Akeeshan, Uvindu, Mohameed etc. Competitive cost. Good integration to OTAs. Email Automation. The company I work for has been using Hostaway for some time now, I easily adjusted to the software and received great support. They were very patient with me, understand and explain on the different way to make it easier for me. Perfect to manage all the channels in one. So far, they concentrate on helping you get it done quickly, they don't have a format, you just ask what you need to know!		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The features are unique, powerful, and super helpful. The price is low. This is best soft and it's price, features, and ease of use. Design is really looks cool. I don't think they could have made this any easier...it synchronized instantly and prepared my whole rate calendar the moment I clicked save on the strategy Simple setup, you can even log in with your tokeet account. they give you a nice long free trial too before you pay anything (and it's not much money anyway). It costs about $10 per house per a month and it makes me a significant amount more, so it's a no brainer. Cons There's not much I can find wrong with Rategenie so far. Nothing at all...there's literally nothing bad about it There are no issues after 1 month of use on 12 properties. I guess its a little difficult to understand all of the stuff its doing but you don't need to if you use the automatic strategies I would like to see more pre-set strategies (like ones that focus on long term bookings, or ones that always undercut a specific competitor lol)
