Pros from Real Users Pros Very happy with Hostaway and all it does - particularly for making our internal processes a lot easier. Hostaway is a powerful, thoughtful, and user-friendly PMS and I'm so glad I chose them. The onboarding process made me feel like they really cared about my learning the software thoroughly and held my hand through the trickier parts like integration with VRBO. It was a great experience being trained by Shabeeb and his counterparts. All of my trainers were brilliant, patient, kind, and affective teachers. Since "graduating" I have had great luck with the live chat support as well. I feel like Hostaway is an international family that has one common goal: making sure our guests have the best experience possible. I love the automated email system that lets me provide detailed information for my guests at each step of the booking, planning, checkin, and checkout process. I feel confident that my calendars are properly synched and up-to-date. We needed a platform that would scale with our anticipated growth. It needed to be affordable from day one, but not be deficient in the professional property management features our clients were expecting. Hostaway has delivered features and capabilities which exceed our expectations. The new inbox feature is great along with excellent integration with Airbnb. Great customer service is a plus. Always happy with the service! Ease of service, clear communication, system is set up to do endless things to make property managing streamline with all the technology needed to take out hours of messaging. Platform is really the best I've seen and I've view several demos. Great trainer & facilitator who help you to understand the software, setting me up to win & not struggle. Love the follow up with trainer. He really show care and that he want me to succeed using the software to my benefit. Ease of use. Lots of Support - Akeeshan, Uvindu, Mohameed etc. Competitive cost. Good integration to OTAs. Email Automation. The company I work for has been using Hostaway for some time now, I easily adjusted to the software and received great support. They were very patient with me, understand and explain on the different way to make it easier for me. Perfect to manage all the channels in one. So far, they concentrate on helping you get it done quickly, they don't have a format, you just ask what you need to know!		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Reliable, adaptable, affordable, fantastic customer service, integration with other booking sites, lock keycodes, housekeeping management, etc. We started our boutique inn in 2015 and were in search of a reservation system that would be reliable and provide us with the options we needed to make our guests feel confident when booking with us. From the moment we contacted Innkeeper's Advantage we knew we had found a very special company. Their entire staff is very professional and incredibly knowledgeable. The reservation system is well thought out which makes it easy for our employees to learn how to make reservations and tackle any issue that may come up. Since becoming a customer, we have seen Innkeeper's Advantage add numerous upgrades that allow us to use the system to our best advantage. We have a unique inn and have requested a few custom tweaks to make things even easier on our side. Innkeeper's Advantage listened to our requests and came up with something to make it happen. We have had a 6 year working relationship with Innkeeper's Advantage. There are only two of us, so having the reservation software in place has been a life saver. Our customers may book anytime day and night. When they do call in to book, the reservation process is quick and organized. There has never been a time when they have not been available to answer our questions, whether in person or by email. Very professional, which we appreciate daily! Working with Innkeeper's Advantage from the start has been a pleasure. The personal attention they provide makes you feel like you're their only customer - not just 1 in thousands. They listen - they help - they advise - they're direct/real - and the product is reliable and robust. I love the flexibility of the application and by that I mean that starting out, opening a new B&B was overwhelming enough. A reservation system that was overly complex would not have worked. I like that we started with the basics so get going and that there's more functionality that can be added as the comfort and need set in. It's a system that is designed to work with you and how you work. You don't have to change your ways in order to use the system. The pricing of the system is reasonable and appropriate for a high quality system. The price is very reasonable. They provide great customer service and training. When we needed assistance, there was a quick turnaround time for answering questions and addressing issues. The application is user-friendly and has many resources that facilitates navigation and support to the business. The integration with other booking platforms are easy and extremely helpful to manage the calendar, reservations and revenue. Cons Navigating and implementing some of the features (such as coupons, gift certificates, etc) can be tricky and confusing at times. It is very rare when evaluating a company that you not be able to name something you could suggest that would make your experience better. However, Innkeeper's Advantage is the exception to the rule and we simply cannot come up with any reason not to wholeheartedly endorse them. The only thing I cannot do is send out mass emails to my customers. But I use a separate program for that. It's somewhat limited to which merchant processing systems it works with. The options available are fine and as we didn't have one coming into this, it wasn't a problem to select one of the ones they work with. It might not be the case if you are moving from one system to Innkeeper's Advantage. We have nothing else to add. This is a great service.
