Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to install. There isn't a lot i can say that is positive - sadly as I wasted a few months using Host Tools - tearing my hair out every other day. This app has tools that facilitate easy communication and i love it. The developer did a very good job. I like that it has everything in one place and its pretty reasonable priced. Help with bookings of our vacation rentals. Making correspondence with guests easier and more efficient, when it works... Cons Worst system I have come across resulting in double bookings across platforms. The customer service was awful with no-one wanting to take responsibility for the issues with their software and treating me with disrespect. I moved to Smoobu as a channel manager and could not be happier. So far after my observation, I haven't had any problems with this app yet that needs to be discussed, thank you. The Hosttools App is supposed to make the flow of communication with guests easier and help manage the booking calendar. It does not quite do that. The software / app has lots of bugs. This app needs work, has lots of issues and is too expensive for what it does. It charges $5 per property / per connected account.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Hostify is a totally reliable and comprehensive platform. It includes a wide variety of automation options for property management, enhanced security and performance, excellent customer support, and is priced accordingly. In addition, it has an intuitive and easy-to-use interface. I couldn't be more pleased with the software. Hostify we can keep information uniform on all booking websites and channels automatically. I also love the Multicalendar because it gives us a great overview of past, current and future bookings. Best property management system I have found! The Unified Inbox, the channel connections, accounting module to invoice guests and owners, etc. All the tools you need to grow your business. The possibility to manage hundreds of properties from a single program and also multi units. A simple software with a multitude of tools that make my work more efficient. There are so many features very useful, to work on visibility, communications, occupancy, rates, and much more. With this platform, you can oversee every facet of your vacation rental business and even handle thousands of reservations at a time. Cons Right now I can't think of any drawbacks of the platform, I am very satisfied and I would say that Hostify is a very good choice for management. None so far. We are satisfied with the pms and the service. none. I'm very happy with the system. They are improving the software all the time, and they are very fast when there is an issue. Nothing to mention for the moment. I'm very happy with this software and the support It would be nice to have other payment platforms, but I know they are working fast on it.
