Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Hive has an easy-to-use design that makes it simple for both individuals and teams to explore and effectively manage tasks. The way the platform is designed enhances the user experience. It is a great platform for individuals who are serious about their work productivity, with flexible project layouts, native email, resourcing, group messaging, and file sharing, this software connects all aspects of your work. It can be difficult to organise and structure recurrent tasks for a team of writers who create over 1,000 articles every month. Hive is a great way to keep things moving. My writers appreciate how their daily workload is presented in a straightforward and succinct manner. It's also fantastic to be able to add new assignments and shift them around. This software is so clunky and hard to use. I did not find one thing about the software beneficial to our company. I like that Hive offers free trial and is billed at a lower cost per month which is less than $20 per account. Task prioritization and issue tracking is another thing that I like about Hive. Cons Although Hive has a mobile app for access while on the move, some customers have complained about functional restrictions when compared to the web version. There are several aspects that users who rely a lot on mobile capabilities can find lacking. No issues so far since I have been using this software. Lack of personalization It can be a pain in some circumstances. You may need to enlist internal assistance to complete the task at hand. Everything. This software just doesn't bode well as a project manager. It is over two years ever since I incorporated Hive in our organization and I have never encountered challenges even on a single instance. Its project templates ability is very time-saving, you can deploy pre-designed templates for any type of project. Project reporting on this platform is great. The user interface is super simple and smooth. Time and issue tracking perform very well. Project Insight has the budgeting part, which is vital for planning purposes. Also, Project Insight oversees the expenses that companies incur, to ensure only the accurate costs get used. Lastly, Project Insight has a workflow management strategy, suitable for time planning. Project Insight provides a reliable place to manage projects and track every activity. The Gantt charts are customizable and easy to view products. The interface is clean and intuitive. Helps in project planning. Project Insight has improved project, tasks and products visibility via GANTT and charts capabilities available on it. For easy and remote project management no other is versatile than Project Insights. It gives us great power to easily manage work and projects. It offers a robust dashboard, great task visualization, reports, multi-screen manager, Gantt charts, and workflow management. My favorite thing about Project Insight is its usability and frictionless project and task management. It helps to enhance productivity on every task and project and also gives the best visibility on its development. Project Insight is resourceful. The workplace customization works very well, it helps to collaborate and centralize all of the project management processes. The user interface is easy to navigate. Its mobile app is very handy to communicate with the team. It helps to plan and provides robust reports.
