Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Working with the HireScore team was a joy, the customer support was fabulous and they adapted my hiring team's pace with reviewing and selecting candidates. We expected to spend at least 6 months on this hard-to-fill role, but we selected our final candidate within 2 months. Quick email replies, friendly, amazing skill set, fabulous guidance, attention to detail. Very professional presentation and ease for the company and also the applicants. This was my first time using HireScore and I absolutely loved it! Jody was amazing!! All my questions were answered quickly and efficiently. Utilizing the HireScore system and advertising services has been wonderful for streamlining the recruiting process. The ads have allowed us to reach candidates from various sources and locations, which widens the applicant pool. Jody has always provided exceptional customer service…she’s an absolute delight to work with! We had a wonderful experience. All interactions were personable and professional. The knowledge provided to us was extensive and helped us form exactly what we needed to find success in this role. Communication was easy and the updates were nice to get! Cons The only thing I can think of was notifications of new applicants, which was easily fixed by changing my settings. Cost manageable- however, high for a small business. Cost is comparable to the service/ product received- however difficult to find the extra funds to sustain. I really can't think of any cons with using this service. No cons to report. Any minor suggestions I've had for their system/design were passed along to their development team and were implemented in no time! I don't have much for cons. This product is awesome for businesses both big and small!		Pros from Real Users Pros Workable makes it easier to integrate and connect with our website; It helps us filter the candidates more appealing to each job opening; Adding teams to work together is the main feature for us; Awesome way to create forms; Very intuitive. Managers, even with limited tech backgrounds, could easily navigate the system with little help. I also love the flexibility - it allows users to customize information at every stage and ensures information is always accurate. Love it. Customer Service team is incredible. Very quick in response and always provided thorough information. Seamless candidate pipeline management. The tool is very easy to use, and I love how I can loop in colleagues that are involved in the interview process. I like "Workable" because it is user= friendly. It gives just enough information that you need to decide step 1: Does the person meet the qualifications for the position?? Next, I appreciated seeing a cover letter and a CV. Lastly, it kept updating our college with other candidates who applied. Workable is a best hiring platform. Automated tools helps in hiring best candidate for our company. Streamline the process.
