	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros This tool offers automatic provisioning of nodes thanks to the Incremental Snapshot Transfer functionality that allows saving the last transactions so that when a node is left out of the cluster and rejoins some time later, it will synchronize with the rest of the nodes, reading the pending transactions. A cluster configured with Percona XtraDB Cluster allows the inclusion of three or more servers in a single logical structure where all have all the data and the same reading and writing capacities. These clusters ensure that a query can be resolved by any of the servers without the need for remote access, and in the event that a node fails, the cluster will continue to operate in high availability. Migrating to PXC 5.7 helped fix our performance issues as previously our production environment could not handle the traffic at our peaks. Since moving to PXC, our environments are performing much better. It has the ability to be powerful in configuration options. Great solutions for HA setups in MySQL Percona XtraDB Cluster and the company behind it outperform the industry. Open Source, One of the best reasons for using Percona XtraDB Cluster. Percona XtraDB Cluster is a one stop solution for all RDBMS with its High Availability and SST feature. Cons The replication of the information of the nodes sometimes does not get to have a good performance since the update is carried out synchronously. This means that the update time of a node may be higher than in the other nodes. The overall system is a little more complicated to manage than our previous environment. Nothing in the cons works really well for me. Great application. Documentation can be a little better if aimed towards beginners. Need to improvise in handling bulk update and delete transactions.
