The only positive thing that I found about their service is that they offer competitive pricing for their services. Cons - The website design is confusing, split too much, overloaded. - prices for "old" hardware at server-market are way too high. -Website "Hopping" -Setup Fee New IPv4 Fees but it's not really their fault. Where do I start? Their customer service is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Unacceptable customer service.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Among its advantages are the possibility of 2 zones (data centers) in Madrid, synchronous storage solutions with RTO=0 and RPO=0, and allows bare-metal as well as private cloud Proxmox, vmware, etc. 24x7 support in English and Spanish with direct access to technicians. Cons They only have locations in Madrid and Amsterdam (Europe) at the moment.
