Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros + The price for the dedicated roots is unbeatable. + Fast support when problems. + Serial console. + Transparent pricing. -Costs -Support -Service -Cloud Interface The Support is Always trying to do the best for the customers! The only positive thing that I found about their service is that they offer competitive pricing for their services. Cons - The website design is confusing, split too much, overloaded. - prices for "old" hardware at server-market are way too high. -Website "Hopping" -Setup Fee New IPv4 Fees but it's not really their fault. Where do I start? Their customer service is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Unacceptable customer service.
