		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Fantastic search functionality and new features keep getting added - with admin control over when to turn them on. It's easy to make great looking pages, and after some training is easy to self manage and administrate. Cons Learning the platform requires a steep learning curve, but once you get it you're away. The only real lack is that the social tools feel quite last decade - message boards and forums. Would like to see some real modernisation there.
