Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use, Timely updates and upgrades, Great customer service and prompt response time Provides everything we’ve needed in a Club management software for over 19 years. Ease of use, customer support, fob integrated software, costs vs other products on the market, software updates, product improvements. The ease at which everything is integrated: auto-door, all hardware needed, monthly dues processing, reporting is fantastic, ease of set-up and modification to system. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPERIOR. First and foremost is customer service. Though Gym Assistant is a good product on its own. When problems arise who is there to help? Problems are few but when they arise Gym Assistant’s customer service has always solved them quickly and to my satisfaction. Cost effective for small business. Easy to use. Ease to train others how to use. Love the Mobile alerts with the last upgrade. Cons I would like to see the addition of a class management application, that could track class reservations, attendance and revenue. I can't really say I have any cons. If anything, the software lacks CRM capabilities BUT I cannot complain due to the low cost for the software platform. Majority of the other gym software companies charge exorbitant fees for similar software with CRM capabilities. Nothing. Any glitches I have had are directly related to my lack of tech skills. Quickly addressed by the support team. It would be nice to be able to text members concerning the status of their memberships. Automatically would even be more advantageous. Missed payments, past due accounts, expired credit cards. Reports will provide the info but not the results. While support is always helpful, I find that waiting for someone to get to work in California a bit inconvenient. At times messages pop up on assistant that are errors due to upgrades and nobody tells you about it- makes you wonder if theres a system problem in your business.		Pros from Real Users Pros Customer Service is extremely helpful ALL the time for me. Larry is also top notch at answering after hours and adapting to all of my request. If their system doesn't have something you need, their team will certainly try to build it on the backend or help you adjust to make it work. I have worked with several gym software providers and have not found anyone as good. Their... Texting / auto bill / 24hr door operation / price / etc. . . . Simply can not be beat. ShapeNet is a highly customizable software than can manage just about every component of your gym. You can integrate it with a variety of other systems such as a POS, door systems, etc. It's your one stop shop for running a gym. There was a steep learning curve, but that is to be expected as there are many specific fields and nuances that must be touched on when running a business. However, after just a couple months I more or less became a master! Additionally, some of the best customer service I have ever received. If I have an issue, they fix it. Shout out to Cathy and Veronica! We've been using ShapeNet software for our fitness business operations for the past seventeen years. Since we started, it's been the cornerstone of our operations and has significantly improved our efficiency and overall client management. We use ShapeNet to manage client interactions (SMS, email, etc), scheduling, and billing processes. It allows us to schedule appointments, track trainer productivity and run robust reports. This in turn has helped us improve our personal training staff's productivity and customer retention rates. The customer support team at ShapeNet is outstanding. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with any queries or technical issues we encounter. We would highly recommend ShapeNet to any fitness club looking to streamline their operations. Easy to implement and efficient. With our business growing over the past 9 years we needed to find a software that allowed us to cater to all our business needs. We don't use Shapenet for any billing so they worked with us by customizing the system to work in a way we need it to. Easy to learn. Staff is super responsive. Improvements made every year. Reporting is excellent. Automatic functions have saved me time.
