About
Grapheus is an AI medical scribe built by a practicing physician for physicians and clinical practices. It records in-person visits on a phone or laptop and captures telehealth conversations through a Chrome extension, then drafts a structured, copy-ready clinical note with ICD-10 codes, E/M levels, and add-on code suggestions. Clinicians review and sign every note and remain responsible for its contents. It supports family medicine, internal medicine, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, psychiatry, pediatrics, and urgent care. The extension can fill drafts into an electronic health record for review. An OpenEMR module can add note drafts, problems, allergies, proposed prescriptions, and unbilled fee-sheet entries to the chart. The service runs on AWS Bedrock under an AWS BAA (HIPAA-ready); audio is deleted after transcription, transcripts after drafting, and drafts after 48 hours.

About
Whadata is a cloud-based electronic health record and practice-management platform for independent medical practices. It brings patient records, clinical documentation, scheduling and intake, e-prescribing, telehealth, fax and messaging, claims, and billing into a shared system. The platform includes an AI-assisted scribe that drafts visit notes for clinician review and signature, alongside tools for managing patient information and day-to-day practice workflows. Whadata is intended for small and midsize ambulatory practices seeking a web-based system for clinical and administrative work. Its public product materials describe access through web and mobile applications. Features and availability may depend on the practice’s configuration and plan.
