Pros

• I use Gradelink every day as a Teacher. Our school uses it for attendance daily. I also use it to announce upcoming assignments and to record all of my students grades. It also keeps track of incomplete assignments. I really like using Gradelink for communicating with parents and students. A nice detail is is that these messages also go to our administration.
• Very easy to learn and use. It has all the needed parts to have a school run efficiently and accurately. Its cost is good for the size any type of school we have in Indiana.
• Gradelink allows the teachers and the office to enter information that can be used for reports, audits, budgets, and much more. The Smart Send feature allows us to communicate with our students and parents via email, text, and voice messaging. Report cards and transcripts are professional and easy to read. Gradelink continues to look for ways to improve their software to keep up with the needs of the teachers, students, and office staff.
• My school has been using Gradelink for quite a few years now, and it keeps improving. It is so nice to not have to sit and calculate grades manually at the end of each grading period. If anyone is missing assignments and I have used the "IC" for that assignment, it's easy to print out whatever assignments are missing. I also like the way the parents and students can also keep track of how they are doing and how parents can set up automatic emails for certain grades--both good and not so good ones. If I need to contact a parent, I can easily do it through Gradelink. Gradelink keeps improving and adding other helpful tools for teachers and office workers.
• Gradelink has allowed me to streamline and stay on top of my assignment grading. I love their product!

Need to find a phone number? Done. Need to print a transcript or update a permanent record? Done. Re-enrollment using completely online methods and doing away with the mounds of paperwork? Done. I have used other school management software, and Gradelink surpasses them all!
• I love how I can easily put in grades and email either whole classes or individual students. I love how Gradelink lets me send the same email to students one at a time so as to avoid repeatedly typing.
