The pricing was transparent and once signed up the onboarding of the entire team was simple and quick. It has been super stable - we use it daily for business critical functions and it's never let us down. The app which controls the VPN is great - very simple but effective and clear. GoodAccess stands out for its user-friendly interface, making navigation and management straightforward. A key feature is its single IP address assignment for all clients, greatly simplifying access control and enhancing network efficiency. The platform's proactive threat blocking capability is crucial for cybersecurity, actively safeguarding against potential risks. Cons Had a little trouble navigating the plans to get the right plan as a micro business. Nothing to write about. May extend customer support timing to 24x7. Can consider more discount for long-term users. A lack of an obvious route to the customer service team. Once contact was made however, they were exceptional. Not really a con, but something to keep in mind: If you need to use the single IP feature, be aware that per user only one device at the same time can be connected. So we have created one account per user per device, to be sure, that everything works correctly and fine. The pay-per-user pricing model can become quite costly for organizations as they grow in size.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Open Source. lots of customization options. Create your own VPN profile using free networks available on sites such as vpnbook. Also available as a service - pay as you go model. Cross Platform. The software made the process of setting up a Virtual Private Network so much easier. It has a lot of configuration options available including the use of DNS servers, user permissions and more. OpenVPN has support that will help with any issues needed. Cons Initial setup is difficult - creating profiles, installing certificate (at least on windows). It still requires a fair bit of work to actually set up the Virtual Private Network.
