About

Goliath provides software for real estate investors and realtors that helps them find motivated sellers, nurture leads, and close more deals. The platform pulls data from property records and real-time indicators like divorces, deaths, preforeclosures, tax delinquencies, and liens to surface high intent opportunities. Users can manage every step of the deal in one place with a CRM for calling, texting, emailing, task tracking, appointments, and automations. Goliath also offers a voice assistant named David that answers inbound calls, follows up, and ensures no lead is ever missed. Advanced scoring and filtering help users prioritize the best opportunities, focus on sellers most likely to transact, and reduce time wasted on low quality leads. The platform is built to support investors, agents, and teams at scale, from individual deals to high-volume operations.

About

Splint is developed and maintained by the Secure Programming Group at the University of Virginia Department of Computer Science. David Evans is the project leader and the primary developer of Splint. David Larochelle developed the memory bounds checking. University of Virginia students Chris Barker, David Friedman, Mike Lanouette and Hien Phan all contributed significantly to the development of Splint. Splint is the successor to LCLint, a tool originally developed as a joint research project between the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Digital Equipment Corporation's System Research Center. David Evans was the primary designed and developer of LCLint. John Guttag and Jim Horning had the original idea for a static checking tool for detecting inconsistencies between LCL specifications and their C implementations. They provided valuable advice on its functionality and design and were instrumental in its development.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • It works well, very well. I loved my experience wir goliath, the team was very responsive and nice!

Cons

  • Its way more expensive than anything else I've used in the past, so I was initially skeptical. Having closed over $80k in assignments, I can say it's worth it
