Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The System are user friendly, convenience (Cloud based). Dashboard will remind each OP what is pending or missing. No overlap date need to input again and again. Date Security level, CS Support. Also Software will keep improving and provide better feature. Cons The system not able to customize the date that I want to show yet.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We run ocean import out of New York and the volume of inbound emails -- bookings, pre-alerts, arrival notices -- was eating the team's time. TIO reads the emails, pulls the fields, and pre-fills the record for us to review before anything goes into the TMS. The inbox-to-TMS piece alone saves us real time on every shipment. Setup was straightforward and the team picked it up quickly. Cons None, great team. Super responsive. Still a new product but daily ease of use has been phenomenal.
