		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Great service, the system never fails and I really like the daily and weekly email updates sent by the company. The tracking is essential as well as knowing the speed of each vehicle at any given time. This documentation actually saved a driver from being charged at fault for an accident. Install was easy, layout is clear.phone app works well.customer service was very responsive! Love that i can print out daily logs and routes!! I own a roofing company, and can not always be on the current job. Using Quartix in my vehicles allows me to know which truck is on which job. Should I need to go from one job to another, I can see on Quartix what the address is, without carrying around a lot of paperwork. It has also saved me a lot in payroll, knowing when the employees arrived and when they left the job. You can not hide with Quartix in the vehicles. Love the live tracking, but being able to go to previous days trips & determine how much time they spent getting to or from a specific location, and how much time was spent at that location, is invaluable to our company! Cons Nothing, I have not found one thing to complain about with this service. The OBD II units seem to fail quite frequently but the under the hood battery units appear to last much longer. Nothing, all good! I would like to be able to pull up a picture of the address shown on Quartix. There really isn't anything I don't like. The drivers of the vehicles may feel like they are being watched, but I have reassured them it isn't about them. It is about me being more efficient in my job.
