GiveLife365 vs. RaiserSharp Comparison Chart

Pros

• We've been using GiveLife365 for last two years and honestly can't imagine going back to our old spreadsheet system. The donor management features are exactly what we needed - finally have all our supporter info in one place instead of scattered across different files. The event planning tools saved us so much time during our annual fundraiser last month. Being able to track RSVPs and manage volunteers from the same platform was a game changer. The Microsoft integration works seamlessly with our existing Office setup too. What really sold me was how quickly our staff picked it up. Even our less tech-savvy volunteers were comfortable using it within a week. The dashboard gives us those impact reports our board loves to see without spending hours pulling data together. Customer support has been responsive when we've had questions. Good value for what you get, especially compared to some of the pricier options out there.
• The donor management features have completely transformed how we connect with our supporters. We can finally track all our donor interactions in one place and create personalized engagement strategies that actually work. Our donor retention has improved noticeably since we started using their communication tools. Fundraising used to be such a headache with all the manual tracking, but now our campaigns run much smoother. The online donation management is seamless, and having real-time visibility into our fundraising performance has helped us make better decisions on the fly. For program management, being able to track participants and coordinate volunteer schedules from the same platform has been incredible. We're a small team, so having everything centralized saves us hours every week. The program outcome tracking helps us show our board exactly what we're accomplishing. The financial management capabilities have made our accountant much happier too. Budget tracking is straightforward, and generating reports for our funders no longer takes days of prep work. But what I appreciate most is the reporting and analytics. The Power BI dashboards give us insights we never had before, and tracking progress toward our goals is so much clearer now. It's helped us become more strategic in our planning. The learning curve was pretty gentle, and their support team has been responsive when we've had questions. It's built on Microsoft's platform, so it feels reliable and secure - important when you're handling donor data.
