	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The referral program called ReferPro is nothing but a blessing for our company. Being at home services, the value of interpersonal relationship relationships is what drives a lot of our business. Word-of-mouth needs to supplemented with a tool like this. Lacey and her team have been diligently, teaching us how to best utilize this program from the beginning, always ready to schedule a meeting to clarify any missed details, and helping us close gaps. Feel extremely grateful for all the work they’re doing to make sure that our ReferPro program is top-notch and working. I also love the scorecard feature, helping us to fully utilize the program in all areas of our business. They have a good idea, the platform seem ok, not sure what more to add. Good idea executed poorly Pretty easy to use They do a lot of the set up for you The product has a future for sure, needs to work on their customer service and support and widen the use cases of campaigns Cons Not necessarily a con, but it would be cool to see a score of 100 on the scorecard example.
