Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Genius ERP has been a powerful tool for our business. I use Genius Manufacturing ERP as the Accounts Manager in for one of my clients. Its easy to use and easily integrate with other software's. Customer support is also very good. The in-depth accounting report functions are greatly helpful in tracking financial performance. The reports are easy to customize to effectively represent the company, regardless of the field of application. Love Genius ERP. Comprehensive, automated, scalable, customizable, integratable, user friendly and cost-effective. Boosts efficiency and insights. We're in the early stages of our implementation but so far we are impressed with the quality of the support and implementation and sales engineering teams. We look forward to our Go Live date and are excited to have Genius facilitate data, data management, and reports that will help our business be more productive and grow. Well adapts to manufacturer sector. Easy to transfer data and chart in Excel. Easy to work with for the staff Cons Standard reports are limited in numbers, also difficult to adapt after being exported in Excel or Word. If you are to manage customization internally, you will need to learn the use of Microsoft Power BI. The initial reports are not easy for the employee side to use. Steep learning curve, occasional glitches, limited mobile access. No cons so far. We are only at the beginning of the implementation phase. News different kind of support (phone or email or chat) when we need to change reports	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There is flexibility in changing what works best for our business and the manufacturing bill of material works very well for our product. Be patient - There is a learning curve, but support is great with being patient and helping you through it. It is an excellent all Encompassing ERP Solution, for small to Medium size businesses. We use the WMS extensively. With the ability to put number plates on each pallet which allow for easy warehouse tracking. OpenPro ERP is a comprehensive open source, cloud based ERP and Warehouse Distribution pkg. It is well laid out and easily modified. Though it doesn’t have a flashy interface like programs written in React it is very easily quickly Modified to meet almost any business challenge. We have 7 divisions to our company from wholesale to retail to ecommerce we also have a construction division and a manufacturing division. Job cost, POS, ecommerce, payroll, mobile app timekeeping all work together in an integrated fashion! Priced very reasonable for the features offered! Support has been excellent! This is a program that can easily handle all size companies from small to large! I love their CRM and their workflow manager. And the program easily integrates with many other programs. Except for design software like Vector Works we rarely leave OpenPro in daily operations! Cons Sometimes there are updates to the system that will change a certain processes. There are time through where that change will actually be for the better, but not always. The look and feel is an older look and feel, While the functionality exists the UI is not modern and sleek. Reports need to be a bit cleaner. Actually I am pretty satisfied with the program. There will always be features you want that are not present in the software but the companies willingness to integrate with other software pretty much fixes that issue!
