Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Geelus is purpose-built for tailoring and alterations. Job tickets, automated SMS notifications when orders are ready, customer profiles, and loyalty points all work seamlessly. The cloud-based system means we can check the shop from anywhere. Setup was straightforward and it handles our daily workflow perfectly. great software for tailoring and alteration because of seamless process and easy template that can be easily customised and started. everything is in ONE program. I don't have to flip flop between a POS System and my computer then back to a POS System. Great product easy to use and expand. The communications is quick and immediate. The staff and support is incredible. Easy to use and cloud-based Barcode tracking for garments Automated customer notifications Real-time reporting and analytics Great for managing multiple locations Cons Some advanced features like automated marketing SMS and online booking take time to configure. Better onboarding guides for new users would help unlock the full potential of the software faster. some of the feature such as invoicing is not very customiseable; the user interface also seems a bit old. it was a little slow learning on how to import Customer info and all my items. But the Tech Support was fast and helped me out. Haven't found anything I did not like. It's rare that I'd say this about a product. Took some time to train new staff Could use more customization for receipts (minor issue)
