Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros What I like about GanttPro is the multiple features that it contains and the amount of tools that it has under one single platform that performs very good, it is a tool which main feature is the ability to create Gantt charts and visualize all projects and tasks on them, I have to say that Gantt charts are my favorite way of managing projects because I think that they are very intuitive and help understand the cycle of the project and all of its stages, as well as seeing the entire team and the tasks on them, it is a smart way to get a very clean picture of what is going on with each project. That being said, GanttPro is the perfect solution to build these type of charts and make them look extremely beautiful and totally functional, with their different views and ways to customize the entire management of it, it is specifically created to save time and start working on the project right away, being able to break it down onto different areas and get a better focus of the entire theme and tasks. Very easy to learn. Even for a new user like me, it was way too simple to understand and create a project. GanttPRO is a fairly student-friendly, simple and convenient tool for me to create my gantt chart. Specifically, I can either enter exact dates or drag the bars to decide the time period of each subtask and main task. There are, furthermore, many “ZOOM” settings I can choose to create long-term or short-term projects. Another key point is that I can export various types of files from my gantt chart including PDF and PNG. Without its help I will not be able to finish the challenging assignments of my art administration course. It is easy to setup, easy to learn how to use and it combines two very important features, the gantt chart view, for traditional evaluation of the project with a Kanban Board view. This allows me to use just one tool to teach both concepts and to help my students to understand that both approaches are possible to combine at one project. GanttPRO provides a super-effective platform for us to manage and get updates on projects. Its interface is impressive. The ease of building Gantt charts makes it one of our favorite tools for managing projects online. Cons I think that GanttPro is a software that does not have many downsides and the ones that it has it works incredibly fast to improve them and provide newer updates with more functional tools, right now I wish the calendar view was more customizable to be able to choose the preferred one, it is not as intuitive as I would like it and the scheduling option also does not work how I would like it to, with more customization options this issue could be resolved quickly. I have also experienced difficulties customizing the charts once the project becomes too big and there is much information, I would love to see automation tools being added to help organize the charts for bigger projects and provide a helpful hand to save time and to still be able to have a clear view of everything. Unable to choose colors for different tasks and items. There are limited colors for the tasks in the trial version. The mechanism of main task and subtask is a little bit tricky, and I cannot hide any tasks I want to hide (e.g. main tasks). (maybe just in the trial version) please, note my comments at the overall box. I didn't find any particular cons. When it comes to cons, I rarely found any issue for our project management. The user interface is super simple and smooth. Time and issue tracking perform very well. Project Insight has the budgeting part, which is vital for planning purposes. Also, Project Insight oversees the expenses that companies incur, to ensure only the accurate costs get used. Lastly, Project Insight has a workflow management strategy, suitable for time planning. Project Insight provides a reliable place to manage projects and track every activity. The Gantt charts are customizable and easy to view products. The interface is clean and intuitive. Helps in project planning. Project Insight has improved project, tasks and products visibility via GANTT and charts capabilities available on it. For easy and remote project management no other is versatile than Project Insights. It gives us great power to easily manage work and projects. It offers a robust dashboard, great task visualization, reports, multi-screen manager, Gantt charts, and workflow management. My favorite thing about Project Insight is its usability and frictionless project and task management. It helps to enhance productivity on every task and project and also gives the best visibility on its development. Project Insight is resourceful. The workplace customization works very well, it helps to collaborate and centralize all of the project management processes. The user interface is easy to navigate. Its mobile app is very handy to communicate with the team. It helps to plan and provides robust reports.
