Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Filters new/changed files only (huge time-saver) and it handles long paths and permissions cleanly. I can schedule my backups, I can make it run automatically in particular time, I can move files from windows server to cloud, it is easy to use and to install, and it has a lot of features. I like its interface. I like that it is very easy. I like it can schedule the copy jobs. I like that it is faster than the Windows copier. I like its Support fast response. It can migrate the whole folder and then copy the new files every day as needed. It has options to work in the background and to run automatically. Preserving timestamps and long file paths was addressed by GS RichCopy. No more worrying about files arriving with garbled dates or truncated names. This meticulousness proved invaluable for maintaining file integrity and audit trails, especially in compliance-sensitive environments. And transferring terabytes of data is no mean feat, but GS RichCopy handled it with impressive agility. Its multi-threaded approach leveraged our server's full potential, significantly reducing migration time compared to native tools like Robocopy. The progress tracking kept us informed every step of the way, preventing unnecessary anxiety. Cons Pricey for small biz , just it and nothing else to say about All features of the tool is great and easy to use, I have no problems with it. No problems found , the tools explain it self. The program is very easy for the tech peoples, and not for the others. While GS RichCopy is a fantastic tool, a few areas could benefit from improvement. The user interface, while functional, felt slightly dated compared to some modern software. Additionally, while the documentation was decent, a more comprehensive guide would be helpful for less experienced users.
