Pros from Real Users Pros The software offers a simple and intuitive user interface that makes it easy to create and manage invoices, track payments, and manage clients. The mobile app makes it easy to access the software from anywhere, and the integration with other popular business apps, such as PayPal and Stripe, makes it even more convenient. Freshbooks also offers a range of accounting features, such as tracking expenses, generating reports, and managing taxes. The platform is very simple and easy to use, all its features and tools are very intuitive. They handle a large amount of information without the need to present any kind of blocking in the system. The price is incredible, Freshbooks fits what it offers. The best CDFi option is included and projects are handled much better. The best finance software for streamlining invoicing process for clients and time tracking. It is highly reliable in completing complex financial processes and automating tasks. FreshBooks have managed to bed down the Quote to Cash (Proposals - Invoice - Receipt - Report) process in a very elegant and concise way, hats off to them. We adopted FreshBooks after extensive evaluation and despite the price, the value they provide makes it worth it. Proposal are a definite win though it would be nice if we could customize/personalize the sending domain name. Freshbooks works with high-performance financial analytics, from which you can create advanced statistics showing the billing and closing cycles of all dates booked in the system, so you can access the information as often as needed. Freshbooks quickly manages file exports. First, I like the ease of implementation of FreshBooks. It helps us in executing our accounting duties with ease. For instance, we are able to manage our invoices perfectly using FreshBooks. Moreover, with FreshBooks, we track time and manage invoices easily. It is a great platform for us. FreshBooks is a great tool for invoicing clients either for one-time or recurring payments. There are several integrations, including my favorite one which is HubSpot CRM for tracking clients in their sales cycle. This invoicing and accounting software is a great step toward automation. We switched from using Excel and Word to using FreshBooks and have been very pleased. #1- The billing portal is easy to customize and allows to add a business logo. #2- Automatic payment processing and quick bill generator. #3- Auto Tax calculation for every invoice. Very easy to use and organizes your information well. It allows your customers to save their info and bill easily.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like that Toggl Track has an interface that is easy to use and all I need to do is login and start tracking my work hours. My most favorite aspects about Toggl are the following: -I am able to track time in different projects thanks to its ability to segment tasks and projects, successfully allowing me to know how much time I've spent on each project and it helps me organize my time even better for more productivity on different aspects of my business. -Reporting tool. Toggl has a smart reporting tool that can be customized to my liking, choosing between different options like weekly or daily basis as well as detailed or summarized, and it will generate the report that can be exported and it's very easy to read, with a comprehensive analysis and information of all the time tracked. -I am able to set billable rates and automate it with my calendar and set a specific date for billing. Because of the integration with the calendar, I am also able to see my tracked time in the calendar for easy viewing and easy access of this. -For project time organization, Toggl has different templates that work well and adjust to every project capacity and goals, making it simple to sort by priorities and urgency to know what to do first when login in the software to start my work day. Also, Toggl also has the feature to add sub-projects and sort their importance inside of a project. -Team organization is easy with Toggl, which helps me easily create teams depending on projects or roles, and set reminders for time tracking during the day, and it's a valuable part of this software because it boosts our productivity as individuals and as teams, providing great reports on how we do as a team during each project or task. We have greatly simplified the processes that determine everything in terms of time and attendance management within our company. Toggl provides us with a biometric attendance system that tells us digitally when our employees are clocking in and out of work. The latter allows us to perform a much fairer payroll process. The application is very useful offering us time tracking tools such as the creation of reports and graphs, also the most important thing for our organizations is that it allows us to export such information in spreadsheet format for Excel. This application has allowed us a much simpler payroll management. Toggl is an online time tracking software. Manages projects, clients and task. Helps in increasing productivity. Can be used on both mobile and desktop. Automate processes saves lots of time. Easily customisable. It also track work data. Some of its main features budget projections, team planning, client accountability and many more. Analyse productivity. Really easy to use Great project dashboard Excellent reporting feature Reminders, Alerts & idle time tracker Free to use Basic plan Available as desktop and mobile app Lots of integrations Cons There are many things that I don't like about Toggl Track but the main one is the fact that sometimes when I am doing a task and I am finished with it, I sometimes forget to turn off the timer and it will cause issues on the tracked time, and this has happened to other people in my team too. I think it would be great to add the option to set the timer to specific minutes or hours so that this happens less often. Also, like many other softwares that work with extensions, I have found encountered many bugs while using the Chrome extension, which can be annoying at times when switching between tasks because it slows down our productivity a bit, which is not our goal. I would also like to see more integrations added to Toggl Track such as accounting softwares and project management softwares so that we can use it with our preferred softwares that we use day-to-day for easier access to time-tracking and more intuitiveness of our workspace. Other than that, I feel like Toggl Track is an easy and simple solution that does its job pretty well. Although it provides us with a customizable extension on any computer to account for the time spent by administrative employees at their desks, it does not integrate quality monitoring and management options. We cannot determine how much productive activity our employees generate. It allows us to monitor the number of hours that employees are active, but lacks a software for monitoring them. It does not have an activity log on the screen or a keystroke log, i.e. it does not provide a tracking tool or productivity analysis. This software provide practical reports. No dislikes I have faced some rare issues in syncing with mobile app.
