Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Freespace gives us a view of what is happening in our offices so that we can better establish services for how the office is used and plan for future workplace designs centered around employee needs. Their sensors have been easy to install and maintain. Getting data and reports has been straightforward through their portal. Their global team has always been helpful when we have needed something unique completed for a site. The customer service is excellent. Freespace is a great tool for gathering critical data that helps us make important decisions about our facility. The reporting tools are easy to work with and provide the information needed in real time. Cons Freespace continues to enhance their reporting capability. With the volume and type of data, it is hard to create reports that suit every company and need. Freespace continues to evolve the platform over time. Nothing at this point. I can't really speak to the pricing as I am not involved in that. Sensors fall off of workstations or walls sometimes which can take a while to identify and correct.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros This is the best way to organize your schedule when you need to park a car at your office for example. Easy app, friendly and reactive. Nice! Comparing to our previous solution - I like how I don't have to wake up at midnight to race against my coworkers for a spot. I like it's a fair system now and even when I don't get the spot I'm not upset. Also carpool support is a great thing! Both the app and website are clear and easy to use. I can book multiple weeks in advance, view occupancy, and release spots without any issues. - It is a very friendly and easy use system, very easy to book and manage my parking. - Design is excellent, will show you the parking slot number even there is no signal in basement parking level. - it has a very good reminder system - Customer support is fantastic Wayleadr is so easy to use and navigate, the design is very nice on the eye and it's quick and seamless. Cons Sometime on your app, as it's written in small print, it's not easy to read where is your parkplace in a short look. The check availability on the day could be bit faster/more intuitive/less clicks. As I sometimes have to check in while driving. Sometimes the app can be a little slow to my bookings, although this could be partly due to my device. I couldn't think of anything is not good at all. Wayleadr requires downloading of an app on my phone and this yet again is another app using space on my phone.
