Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Freespace gives us a view of what is happening in our offices so that we can better establish services for how the office is used and plan for future workplace designs centered around employee needs. Their sensors have been easy to install and maintain. Getting data and reports has been straightforward through their portal. Their global team has always been helpful when we have needed something unique completed for a site. The customer service is excellent. Freespace is a great tool for gathering critical data that helps us make important decisions about our facility. The reporting tools are easy to work with and provide the information needed in real time. Cons Freespace continues to enhance their reporting capability. With the volume and type of data, it is hard to create reports that suit every company and need. Freespace continues to evolve the platform over time. Nothing at this point. I can't really speak to the pricing as I am not involved in that. Sensors fall off of workstations or walls sometimes which can take a while to identify and correct.		Pros from Real Users Pros Easy to set up and use. Love the ability to share with my staff. Multiple administrators is also a plus. We have found this valuable in managing a shared meeting room amongst tenants. Making it easy for them to book and check when it is available for them to meet with their own clients. Skedda is really easy to use which I feel is the best feature. Even those who are not great with technology, have no problems using the software. Its also very pleasing to the eye with a clean and simple feel and look! Shows the courts that are booked that day when you log in. Very easy to set up & use. All our members manage to register with ease. Great features - like repeat bookings - which our members use a lot. The free version lets you get up and running, booking multiple spaces and being able to plan ahead. Its so simple to use. The system is excellent. It is super easy to use and has all features we require for our business. The customer service is top-notch, and their helpfulness and speed are brilliant. We started using Skedda a few years ago to coordinate the use of our meeting rooms. Before using Skedda, it proved impossible to avoid double-bookings. Since implementing Skedda, our office is harmonious once again! The ability to manage our staff and their associated booking permissions is second to none. We thought the different rules we have in place might be beyond the capabilities of an online platform however, Skedda is highly customisable!
