Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros FreeAgent is easy to use, especially for small business owners. It simplifies invoicing, bank reconciliation, and tax management. The dashboard gives a clear overview of finances, which makes tracking everything much easier. Cons Reports could be a bit more customisable, and occasionally bank feeds need to be refreshed manually.
