About

Tatsoft's FrameworX is a complete SCADA and IIoT platform for edge-to-enterprise industrial applications. It unifies operations, data, and AI under one scalable, .NET-based architecture. FrameworX includes AI Designer, built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Three MCP servers cover design, operations and runtime, plus an in-process AI agent spine, all released and supported today. AI works directly inside the Designer IDE in real time, configuring tags, alarms, historian, devices, displays, and scripts in one session, and engineers approve every step. Works with any MCP-compatible AI client, including Claude. The platform includes real-time data modeling, historian, alarms, reports, audit trails, scripting in C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, and Python, plus 100+ native drivers for PLCs, DCS, OPC, and MQTT. Deploy anywhere with zero client installs and full web, mobile, and desktop access. 100+ connectors included at no charge.

About

ToothPicker is an in-process, coverage-guided fuzzer for iOS. It was developed to specifically target iOS's Bluetooth daemon and to analyze various Bluetooth protocols on iOS. As it is built using FRIDA, it can be adapted to target any platform that runs FRIDA. This repository also includes an over-the-air fuzzer with an exemplary implementation to fuzz Apple's MagicPairing protocol using InternalBlue. Additionally, it contains the ReplayCrashFile script that can be used to verify crashes the in-process fuzzer has found. This is a very simple fuzzer that only flips bits and bytes of inactive connections. No coverage, no injection, but nice as a demo and stateful. Runs just with Python and Frida, no modules or installation are required. ToothPicker is built on the codebase of frizzer. It is recommended to set up a virtual Python environment for frizzer. Starting from the iPhone XR/Xs, PAC has been introduced.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • All-inclusive connectivity: More than 100 industrial connectors are included in the price. Modern coding: Integrated support for modern languages like Python and C#. Efficiency: Easy scalability, streamlined development cycles, and simple deployment. Value: The competitive price tag leaves room in the budget to handle design challenges or commissioning costs.
  • 1. variety of protocols and devices to be integrated with 2. versatility in options 3. functionality of options
  • We’ve developed systems for the control of Pharmaceutical filling machines using the software from Tatsoft. It has allowed us to Communicate with multiple PLC’s Including Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider and Omron (and there are drivers for many more). These systems have alarm and event recording which can be stored on various Database platforms (We use SQLite or MS-SQL), which allow for encryption, reports can be generated and stored to PDF or Printed. We’ve also implemented User control, with either FrameworX Handling the user control, or connection to Active Directory via LDAP. Multiple thin Client support is simple, and is ‘IP-aware’ so functions can be limited by the IP address on the client PC.
  • FrameworX is an affordable and very powerful IIoT platform. Excellent support for MQTT, Semantic modelling, superb graphical capabilities, advanced .NET and Python 3 scripting.

Cons

  • Honestly, there isn’t anything I dislike. After years of use, I haven’t encountered any significant drawbacks. The platform is robust, well-designed, and consistently delivers what I need without the frustrations common in other tools.
  • some display objects could use some improvement when modifying them
  • There are no obvious deficiencies with the software, any issues are resolved quickly by support.
  • FrameworX is a big product with a huge amount of capability. Consistent use of the product over a few months is required to fully access the full power of the platform.
