Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Simple and secure platform to send and sign documents online from anyplace. Google Drive integration to store documents directly. Easy to share to take multiple signatures to one documents. Simple to use. Drag & drop feature. Multiple pricing options make it affordable. Great customer support. Available on mobile. - This makes it really easy for companies to securely send and collect documents, NDAs etc that require a signature. - The concept of templates is quite useful especially given that most documents are similar. eSign Genie is an absolute blessing. They make it incredibly easy to not only sign legal documents but to also store them. Plus not just one signature can be given in several file types . Very easy to use and the pricing structure is perfect for small businesses. I can send contract out in minutes. Cons I never encountered any problem with this platform. Loading time needs to be reduced. Font options can be increased. - Can get a bit intimidating initially since the whole concept of E-Signatures is new. - Rarely the platform is slow to load on the client side. eSign Genie has no flaws that I can spot yet. I've also researched E-sign genie to see what others thought and I still cant find any flaws it's such a great product. Nothing really. It is a very simple service and it does what I need.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Eversign makes all our work simple, easy to achieve and without limitations. It proposes a new agreement window where we can streamline signatures without having to leave our office, it provides us with the facility to create documents in a personalized way, have a storage with all the documents and view the status of shared signatures from any device. It has a very attractive interface, easy to handle and adapt which allows us to do our work without limitations and always adjusted to our work purposes. It gives us the control of sharing access to our colleagues or clients in a particular way, in this way we have been able to maintain the exclusivity and confidentiality of the information contained in the document. We create a truly authentic space where we save so much paperwork, faxes, unnecessary meetings, transfers of hours, for a much more remote and accessible work, where we directly make agreements and contracts, quick signatures which allows us to specify quickly. I am really happy with Eversign, really easy to use, good support and just makes creating and sending docs, proposals to clients for signatures a great experience. Eversign helps in managing and processing sensitive data. Easy-to-use software. Informative dashboard. Customisable features. Cost effective tool. Straight forward system. Cons In general terms, Eversign is a practical and easy-to-use platform, however, it would be ideal to be able to access the documents without an internet connection, this would be a plus to be able to resolve doubts about something that we want to know at the time of the agreement and that we do not have. access to an internet network. Another thing is the intuitiveness to create a document, at first it was not very easy to speed up the creation of contracts and learn to manipulate all the tools, but with time and learning everything became easier. The editing process is not very comfortable, sometimes we finish the document, we want to change something, and it is not possible for us unless we create the document again. Nothing really..
