Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like the clear options to see visual when selecting the forms I need without getting lost in it. Works for my purpose Formplus is easy to use, allows for collaboration, and offers a lot of flexibility in survey creation. Technical support is superb! user interface, top-notch customer service, ease of use and constant enhancements year over year - highly recommend. The UI is slick and the integration is great. Intuitive to create rules, logic, autoresponders etc. Google drive integration really helps. The ease of use is the most attractive feature of this tool. Don't forget to experiment with the templates. Cons Too high the payment plans, only business usage monthly options for a solo masseuse Sometimes the website is a little slow when loading responses. Any limitations were resolved from one year to the next. Nothing to ask complain about. A little confused with the Builder option.. didn't quite understand it.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The ability to quickly build forms and pseudo apps that perform well and integrate into a Microsoft 365 Domain. With Power Automate and a "bot" account bridging the integration gaps as a caveat. Delivery on the promise of automation. Vastly reduces the amount of time, tasks and training required for an end user to perform a cornucopia of business processes. Once a given process has been assembled. With few and slight exceptions, a very well polished and smooth experience for the end users of forms created with this product. Forms function on any device and can be managed from any device. Cons The user experience for the creators of forms and workflows of this product. There is a lot of jank. Ranging from UI problems when setting up variables in the workflow and bots section. To unexpected behavior on certain characters between elements and integrations. Nearly non-existent documentation for any specific part of any item in this package. Much trial and error and tribal knowledge needs to be acquired to use this product to its potential. Poor performance in a certain few areas. Especially large forms when regarding the variables when setting up bots. Forms with 100+ variables begin to take significant amounts of time (1m+) for every single update to a given mapping table. This is exacerbated by slower PCs. 0 version control and 0 ability to move elements from one flow into another in the same workspace.
