Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like the clear options to see visual when selecting the forms I need without getting lost in it. Works for my purpose Formplus is easy to use, allows for collaboration, and offers a lot of flexibility in survey creation. Technical support is superb! user interface, top-notch customer service, ease of use and constant enhancements year over year - highly recommend. The UI is slick and the integration is great. Intuitive to create rules, logic, autoresponders etc. Google drive integration really helps. The ease of use is the most attractive feature of this tool. Don't forget to experiment with the templates. Cons Too high the payment plans, only business usage monthly options for a solo masseuse Sometimes the website is a little slow when loading responses. Any limitations were resolved from one year to the next. Nothing to ask complain about. A little confused with the Builder option.. didn't quite understand it.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - Google Forms makes the process and making of adaptive and responsive forms easy. - It is very easy to edit, also the drag and drop feature comes very handy while creating forms. Google Forms is excellent cloud based Questionnaire/Survey tool with basic functionalities. The features include 1. Customizable survey URL 2. Questions Branching 3. Supports element like, MCQ, Check boxes, Drop-Down etc 4. Very easy to create and deploy 5. Very Clean and easy to use UI Easy to use & highly intuitive interface Quick to create any type of form Always online - work from anywhere Integrates well with other G Suite apps Great for collaboration Works great on mobile as well 1) I've used Google Forms to carry out opinion survey on different things. 2) It's easy, simple and customizable. 3) Form fill up is very smooth and easy. Super easy to set up and launch any type of form you might need. lots of addons too add more functionality. Cons - It does not support electronic signature natively. Though overall experience with Google Forms is very good but i think there should be provision of Ranking and scoring element. There should be an desktop version to work when offline. 1) I would be happy if they increase the link expiration time. The add-ons can be tricky if you don't know how to set them up.
