	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing. We were overcharged. Once Paycosmos conceded that they were overcharging us, we expected that they would promptly issue refunds for the months we were overcharged. However, we had to persistently follow up in order to eventually get refunds processed. The customer service is slow and unhelpful. Cons Overcharged fees, slow to refund once overcharges were acknowledged, poor customer service, slow to get responses
