The product itself has seen multiple enhancements & improvements (Discover,Solve) that have a meaningful impact. It has also been an affordable solution for us over the past few years. They always keep us informed on what is new with their software and are always looking for ways to make the public more engaged with information pertaining to the City. With regular check-in meetings, there is hardly a lapse in communication, and it is easy to know what the next steps are in the process. Cons There is nothing I can say that is a con for our organization's experience with READYLY. Kris and his staff have been absolutely wonderful, and I look forward to working with them in the future.
