Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - extremely fast voice interaction - possibility to have humans in the loop - fairly priced especially compared to other tools on the market Leaping AI is one of the most intuitive platforms I’ve seen for building AI agents. The onboarding process is clear and informative, making it easy to get started quickly. What stands out most is how responsive the team is as they listen to client feedback and are quick to fix bugs or roll out new features. As a startup, they’re moving fast and it really shows in how much the platform improves week to week. It’s a great feeling to know you're being heard. Leaping AI has taken our sales process to the next level. The voice agent technology works reliably and identifies customer intents with impressive accuracy. We were especially impressed by the smooth integration with our existing systems and the strong performance even with high call volumes. Support has always been quick to respond and very knowledgeable. From a data privacy standpoint (including GDPR compliance), everything was handled professionally and transparently. - Intuitive conversational flow design - Exceptional performance of the agents, they could answer almost all of the customer request (beyond my expectations!) Leaping AI has hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The onboarding process was smooth, the support team is extremely responsive, and they genuinely care about your success. Cons - very rare cases where quality of voice AI isn't there yet, but I am sure that's a matter of time The only small downside is that because they are growing fast, sometimes the documentation can lag behind the latest features. But whenever something isn’t clear, the support team is always available and quick to help, which really makes up for it. The initial setup requires some technical understanding — though with the team's help, it's totally manageable. - Nothing major, I wish it I could have self-serve the product and don't have to talk to their team Honestly, not much to dislike. Some advanced features take a bit of time to fully understand, but Kevin is always available to help.
