Pros from Real Users Pros Does what you need for a scheduling/PM tool. It has strong visuals and a flexibility of what views to provide (if you can understand the methodology). The ability to streamline the task and project planning with a collaborated workspace is great. I liked the ease of creating custom flow using drag and drop. The interface is intuitive and very convenient. It brings the remote team closer. You can view your resource and task with a very simple step. The task scheduling is awesome. It helps to collaborate and manage employee workloads. Float helps to give you a birds-eye view of your projects. Here are the things I liked about Float. - Hundreds of integrations to simplify management. - Easy to assign and divide tasks. - It helps you complete the project before the deadline. - Collaborated project planning. #1- It integrates with Slack and Asana makes the best management platform. #2- Time tracking and resource management give one platform view data. #3- Excellent workload feature to assign equal tasks. Float helps creating project in a click. Very intuitive and fast software. Most accurate view of the projects. Filter functionality and powerful search. Using drag and drop we can re assign task to employees. Provides real-time reporting access. Good editing tools. Easily synchronizes with task. Best resource scheduling software. Interactive user interface.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Although at first I did not think this system would be suitable for our business (HR & Business Consulting), after a thorough initial consultation with their business development manager Marko, he helped us to understand how it could (and has!) save us hours in time and productivity. The ability for us to track time, allocate tasks and communicate efficiently on projects with both our internal employees and external consultants has saved significant amounts of co-ordination time and got rid of manual spreadsheets. We love the reporting function that is easy to use and lets you set it up exactly as you want rather than always have to "just make do" with standard reports. Our time spent on billing each month has also significantly reduced with easy integration with Quickbooks. My questions are always answered quickly and efficiently by the customer support team and they always find a way to achieve what you are asking for. Would highly recommend this product. It has everything our company needs for project and team management. It is a very easy and intuitive tool to use and saves us a lot of time. In addition, the customer service team is fast, efficient and friendly. If you need any adaptations that can be made, they will do it. A comprehensive tool that suits to track time, schedule plans, manage people in organization and keep all the financial data in one place. In our organization, it's been one of the most important tools that are adjustable for different needs e.g. C-level managers, other employees, contractors, and specialists from different departments. Cons We have struggled to find any to date. Any suggestions that we have that would make this product better are already on their "future development list". Undiscovered for now! For the time being, we have not found any major shortcomings. Currently, I haven't found any cons. Even if there are no features, the Productive crew helps to create customized solutions.
