Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I don’t see any pros in doing this or using this method, it says that is a low one time payment but mine was almost one month rent $940 something that I’m not getting back and if I leave and my apartment is dirty it won’t even cover the damn cleaning fee. Cons One time fee non refundable it supposed to be a low fee but mine was more than $900, it doesn’t cover anything on your apt, they don’t give it back so what is this for then?
