About

Fing Device Intelligence and Knowledge give you full visibility of your connected environment. Device Recognition is the foundation of digital products. Just from the MAC address, Fing can recognise all wireless and wired devices in home, office or enterprise networks by type, make, model and OS (name and version). Fing has built a strong brand awareness being in the market for over 10 years with fully focused device identification technology for the IoT. Fing leverages crowdsourcing to validate and improve device recognition accuracy. Machine learning techniques are applied to crowdsourced data. Fing has developed a unique patented algorithm to recognise devices by type, make and model based purely on analysing the MAC address. Fing goes far beyond the Vendor lookup. Achieve world-class device recognition at a fraction of the cost of building an in-house solution from scratch. Reduce time-to-market and maintenance cost.

About

Opensignal speed tests measure your mobile connectivity and signal strength. Opensignal runs a 5 second download test, 5 second upload test and a ping test to provide a consistently accurate measurement of the internet speed you will likely experience. The speed test runs on common internet CDN servers. The internet speed result is calculated with the middle range of samples. Opensignal’s video test plays a 15 sec video snippet to test and log load time, buffering, and playback speed issues in real-time to show you exactly what to expect with HD and SD videos on your network. Always know where to find the best coverage and fastest speeds with Opensignal’s network coverage map. The map shows signal strength down to street level using speed test and signal data from local users. The cell tower compass allows you to see which direction the closest or strongest signal is coming from, enabling you to more accurately use broadband and signal boosting technology.
