	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros KIME is super easy to use and I love the new AWX feature that executes all the GEO optimized tasks for me in the tone of voice we use - it really makes the whole "optimize for AI" easy. The interface is very, very convenient and also, the customer support is extremely responsive. Whenever I had an issue, they either fixed it in 10 minutes or found an alternative solution. Cons Some of the actions that the platform provides are a bit generic, but most of them are good. Setting the software up is very extensive and can take time.
