Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Customer service is outstanding. If there has ever been an issue the problem is resolved with interface with the same person. Findjoo was able to get us up and running quickly. We have never used all of its features, but what we have used works well for us. The best thing about Findjoo is that our rep, Christian, has always been available immediately and knows the product thoroughly. Findjoo has a wide range of capabilities! It was the only product I found that met all of my needs in one. The support team has been very helpful and responsive to all of my questions and needs. Most things are figured out within 24 hours. Some of the more complicated requests/concerns Ive had took longer, but the team remained in touch on the progress throughout. When I took over as chair of the board of The Mahone Bay Centre, we were renting rooms, hosting events and selling memberships with pieces of paper and a file cabinet for our database. I did a lot of research and Findjoo hit the mark. Solutions for all types of events and rentals, website and payment integration. Communication is integrated and largely automated. Makes our small organization look professional and helps our small staff perform beyond their number. Findjoo personnel are highly responsive and help us with any troubleshooting or innovations we wish to pursue. Our past membership database was always problematic and caused us a loss in membership. Now, with Findjoo, we have doubled our membership and it stays strong due to ease of renewal, membership communications, membership voting processes. There is so much we can do with Findjoo! It really is a great product! Cons The family membership can sometimes be an issue for our users. We didn't find it to be particularly intuitive - some of the letter and other functions are cumbersome to use. (Again, having a good rep helps here.) Limited contact management capacity. Some of our members have had trouble with the shopping cart. Some of the features are a bit "clunky" and are lacking in design. This my be more a result of my limited computer knowledge, and may be more adaptable if you have more know-how. Software is updated regular which occasionally causes glitches - ultimately improves things though. There isn't anything we have had trouble with regarding Findjoo. We had a few complex variances in payments to different accounts and Findjoo helped us to figure out a way through holding multiple accounts in their system so that we could have our payments go directly to our sub-organization (our Foundation, as an example).		Pros from Real Users Pros Customer Service is extremely helpful ALL the time for me. Larry is also top notch at answering after hours and adapting to all of my request. If their system doesn't have something you need, their team will certainly try to build it on the backend or help you adjust to make it work. I have worked with several gym software providers and have not found anyone as good. Their... Texting / auto bill / 24hr door operation / price / etc. . . . Simply can not be beat. ShapeNet is a highly customizable software than can manage just about every component of your gym. You can integrate it with a variety of other systems such as a POS, door systems, etc. It's your one stop shop for running a gym. There was a steep learning curve, but that is to be expected as there are many specific fields and nuances that must be touched on when running a business. However, after just a couple months I more or less became a master! Additionally, some of the best customer service I have ever received. If I have an issue, they fix it. Shout out to Cathy and Veronica! We've been using ShapeNet software for our fitness business operations for the past seventeen years. Since we started, it's been the cornerstone of our operations and has significantly improved our efficiency and overall client management. We use ShapeNet to manage client interactions (SMS, email, etc), scheduling, and billing processes. It allows us to schedule appointments, track trainer productivity and run robust reports. This in turn has helped us improve our personal training staff's productivity and customer retention rates. The customer support team at ShapeNet is outstanding. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with any queries or technical issues we encounter. We would highly recommend ShapeNet to any fitness club looking to streamline their operations. Easy to implement and efficient. With our business growing over the past 9 years we needed to find a software that allowed us to cater to all our business needs. We don't use Shapenet for any billing so they worked with us by customizing the system to work in a way we need it to. Easy to learn. Staff is super responsive. Improvements made every year. Reporting is excellent. Automatic functions have saved me time.
