Pros from Real Users Pros It is easy to use, it is a blank slate. It keeps the case moving, I can filter results, LOIS makes it easy to catch up or be brought to speed. It does great with keeping expenses, preparing settlement statements on variable data. Case notes are never an issue. They are always where you enter them. This is a wonderful tool for legal case management and client data management. Additionally, I feel that Filevine is unmatched in terms of its AI capabilities and functionality. centralized case management - keeping deadlines, tasks, and docs organized helps make info accessible to whole team reporting - tracking case progress, monitoring workloads, and identifying outstanding assignments team collaboration - allows attorneys, paralegals, secretaries, and clerks to coordinate work and assign tasks within many different cases Love having our legal case management software and projects all integrated with Filevine's new, upgraded, cutting-edge AI products (Lois Console, Lois for Word, Outlook) Ease of use; natural language comprehension and output; taking 30-60 minute tasks and turning them into 5-10 minute tasks I like that it's very easy to use and FV is constantly coming out with new features and upgrades to fix any bugs, etc.
